Sunday proved to be a beautiful day for boys to home-brew an IPA…and girls to escape downtown to catch a movie. We all met up back at the homestead to play Scrabble, spin records and eat homemade chuck roast sandwiches.

I think there should be a rule against bringing unwanted, caloric temptations to the office and making them someone else’s achilles heel by proxy. I have resisted the Girl Scouts thus far, but I fear that the conference table full of thin mints will prove too tempting after lunch. Damn those delicious Samoas!
