Alec and I saw The Police play Friday night at the Clark County Amphitheater. Due to the traffic (me driving south, Alec driving north) we both missed Elvis Costello’s opening set. Sting was a great performer and we all enjoyed listening to live music on a warm summer evening. It was fun to see Kari, Trask, Adina and Kevin. We all danced (and drank) like fools!
This weekend is a short one for me – I am spending all day Sunday flying to Pittsburgh for a sales team meeting. However, Alec and I managed to fit in a trip to the PSU farmer’s market and a nap in the park this afternoon. But I have to admit that the highlight of the day was definitely the delivery of our new LG washer and dryer – it actually plays me a song when the load is finished drying. Seriously, how cute is that? Mom, this picture is for you!
